MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ebru Yarikkaya is a senior executive with 20 years of international experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Prior establishing ALYS Capital Partners, she took key roles in M&A transactions in logistics and transportation industry on a global scale. She has a vast industry experience in logistics, automotive, packaging, industrials, personal care, retail and Food&Beverage. She excels in driving both acquisition and organic growth strategies within Turkey and globally.

Yarikkaya is a graduate of Saint Benoit French High school, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Istanbul University and a Master’s degree in Economics of Law from University of Galatasaray. She attended Strategic Thinking Program at the Oxford University.
